President Donald Trump has indeed reversed some of Biden's policies on drug pricing and Obamacare. Specifically, he's ended the push to slash prescription drug costs for people on Medicare and Medicaid, which was a key part of Biden's agenda.

Trump's executive order canceled a policy that would have investigated ways to lower drug costs, including a possible $2 monthly out-of-pocket cap on some generic medications. Additionally, he reversed an order that provided extra funding for outreach to states to strengthen Medicaid.

However, it's worth noting that some of Biden's bigger initiatives, like the $35-a-month cap on insulin costs and the $2,000 annual out-of-pocket cap on prescription drugs, remain untouched for now.

Experts are interpreting Trump's moves as a signal that he may be less serious about addressing healthcare costs. Arthur Caplan, head of medical ethics at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, noted that Trump seems to be "nibbling on the edges" of Biden's policies, rather than making sweeping changes.
