NCAA revokes licences of two air operators

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has revoked the operating licenses of two air operators, Eastwind Aviation Logistics Services Limited and Omni-Blu Aviation, due to violations of Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs).

Specifically, the NCAA found that both operators falsified, reproduced, or altered their applications, licenses, certificates, logbooks, reports, or records, which is a serious offense under Part 1.2.1.5 of Nig. CARs.

As a result, the NCAA has revoked the Air Operator Certificates (AOC) of both operators, with certificate numbers OBA/AOC/12-15/002 and EAL/AOC/03-24/001 being revoked.

This move is part of the NCAA's efforts to sanitize the aviation industry and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
