Fort Collins police arrest two juveniles in connection to October shooting

Since the October incident, detectives from the FCPS Criminal Impact Unit have been working on the case and, through the investigation, identified and arrested two juvenile boys in connection to the incident, according to the release; neither suspect was identified due to statutory protections based on their age.
